Welcome to the NCRA. We are the future of the hobby allowing the aquarist true and accurate lineage to professionally farmed corals and other reef animals. Through our process the coral suppliers, as well as the hobbyists, will benefit greatly by enjoying a stabilized market by retaining the authenticity of their genuine L.E. Corals. All too many times the hobbyist will spend small fortunes on a Limited Edition Coral just to have it reduced to a cheap coral within months by basement chop shops that rip off the original namer's name and tag. It is too common for someone to buy a similar coral and claim it to be a frag from the original namer.

OUR PROCESS
Through our process each coral receives it's own registration number and registry. As smaller fragments are farmed, they are sold or passed along with their own registered certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing the source and origin. By doing this we are convinced this should help great L.E.'s remain unique and retain their values. There are many services and tools available. for namers and farmers that will ensure their success and viability while promoting the name of their business and protecting their hard earned reputation. This bulletin board is a great place to share information and learn as we all progress together through this hobby.

Farmers have their own private section to discuss shop. There is a premiere auction site for NCRA registered corals along with other fine corals in the hobby. There is also a Hall of Fame for hobbyists to view namer's pics and coral info.
